Marc LUSTIG has had a diverse career path. He completed his studies in Social Sciences and Philosophy, earning a university degree (MA) . He then began a career in IT, which led him to agile practices in 2004. Since 2008, Marc has been accompanying companies in their agile transformations in various coach roles. Marc has worked in numerous industries, including insurance, automotive, financial services, media, energy, retail, telecom, and pharmaceuticals.
His experience has taught him that it is counterproductive to rush into strategic corporate development. Enterprise agility is calling to create the structures for continuous, validated learning. This requires employees and executives to feel recognized and valued in a 360° perspective.
In his leisure time, Marc dedicates himself to his children and enjoys the freedom of climbing in the mountains.
